We ship all of our packages from USA via DHL and UPS, the estimated time of arrival is currently approximately 5-8 business days (varies depending on location).

Due to the global pandemic, international shipping can take longer. Customs can delay a package for a number of days as well. Please check your tracking number and answer your email or phone if UPS or DHL contacts you. If you think your package is stuck or lost, let us know by contacting us and we will help investigate.

Some countries may experience delay or gaps in tracking notices. This is normal and the package usually arrives just fine. If you notice that there have been no tracking updates for a while, bear in mind that in most cases, the package still arrives without any issues. If, however, that does not happen and you have not received the package 60 days from the day of shipment, we are here to assist you in the best way possible.




Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. You will either be contacted by your local delivery courier or UPS. 

We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

Failure to pay for import customs or refusal of the order will result in the items being shipped back to us. If the order is sent back to us, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping the package back to us.
