We offer a 30-day return period on all products sold through this website.
Conditions for initiating a return:
-To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
-The return must be within 30 days from when it was delivered.
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
-At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular, if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or if there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We do not provide exchanges, but you can still choose to return your product if you are within the 30-day return window.
All products comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty. The 1 year warranty begins from the date of purchase.
The warranty only covers defects of products caused by manufacturing. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to, accidental damage, breakage due to abuse, improper usage, water damage, etc. The Warranty also does not cover any cosmetic packaging damage that may be caused through shipping of goods to the customer.
For any product or part that may become defective within 90 days, we will offer a free replacement.
If any product or part becomes defective after 90 days, (while still within the product’s warranty period), we will offer a free replacement, and you will only have to cover the shipping cost.
If you are not happy with a replacement, you can also get a store credit.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred to return a product for a Warranty claim.
(1) Warranty claim per purchased product is allowed within its warranty period.
Shipping cost / Shipping protection / Customs / Duties / VAT / Import taxes are NOT refundable nor covered by the Warranty.
If your product is defective, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a RMA. You will be asked to provide additional information and video demonstration of the failure.
